PLP highlighted a number of properties with sizeable rear gardens and assembled the parcels following extensive negotiations between several property owners a site of 2 acres was pieced together and subsequently sold to a high end national house builder on a Subject to Planning basis for 8 detached houses which were developed and sold off plan.
